Receptionist Job

E-Jung is looking for a full-time receptionist whose role is vital to the smooth operation of our office because the receptionist will create a welcoming atmosphere for our clients and serve as an information center for employees and clients as well.

Responsibilities

  • Greet, welcome, direct and announce the clients appropriately
  • Answer, screen and forward any incoming phone calls and provide some basic information when needed
  • Collect and distribute parcels and other mail
  • Schedule meetings or appointments as needed
  • Ensure knowledge of staff movements in and out of organization
  • Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as photocopying, faxing etc.

Requirements

  • MA generally required
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Word, Excel and Outlook, keyboard skill
  • Professional and good-looking appearance
  • Communication skills both written and verbal (In Englis and Vietnamese)
  • Active, enthusiastic
  • Ability to organize, multitask, and work under pressure
  • Customer service orientation
