E-Jung is looking for a full-time receptionist whose role is vital to the smooth operation of our office because the receptionist will create a welcoming atmosphere for our clients and serve as an information center for employees and clients as well.
Responsibilities
- Greet, welcome, direct and announce the clients appropriately
- Answer, screen and forward any incoming phone calls and provide some basic information when needed
- Collect and distribute parcels and other mail
- Schedule meetings or appointments as needed
- Ensure knowledge of staff movements in and out of organization
- Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as photocopying, faxing etc.
Requirements
- MA generally required
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Word, Excel and Outlook, keyboard skill
- Professional and good-looking appearance
- Communication skills both written and verbal (In Englis and Vietnamese)
- Active, enthusiastic
- Ability to organize, multitask, and work under pressure
- Customer service orientation
